Family room is located right off the kitchen area so you can chat with the family while they watch a movie or ball game. Large kitchen has everything you will need to enjoy every meal. You can grill out on the deck your favorite steak or fresh seafood you just caught on your fishing trip. Living room and dining area are separate and give you room to spread out with the family. You get to enjoy the pool and lagoon views from living room, family room, kitchen and dining area too. Very large deck with two dining tables and chairs. Pool has six lounge chairs too. Three car passes included with the rental.
Nice furniture include with 2 King Beds, 1 Queen, 1 Twin and 2 fold out couches with new paint and more updates. What a wonderful luxury vacation home for your family to enjoy. Free wifi included too. Garage is not available for guests but there is a very long driveway for parking. Beautiful new driveway and newly landscaped front and back yards too.
Master Bedroom is a very nice size with views of the pool and lagoon. The master suite has en suite full bath updated with granite and high vanities. Hot tub is in the master suite to relax after a long day at the beach or on the golf course. One guest room is furnished with a king bed and en suite updated luxury bathroom. Second guest room will have a queen bed and a twin, bunk beds are gone. Family room is furnished with a fold out couch so the home can sleep nine people. Wonderful home for the family to enjoy and spread out with private pool. Very convenient beach access with 15 minute walk, 5 minute bike ride or even faster in the car.
Palmetto Dunes has world class amenities with three championship golf courses, miles of bike paths, spectacular tennis and pickle ball courts and access to miles of white sandy beaches. Just across 278 is Shelter Cove, only minutes away you can enjoy waterfront restaurants and shops. Every Tuesday in the summer, you can watch fireworks over the harbor in Shelter Cove. Hilton Head offers 30 golf courses, 400 tennis courts, 117 miles of bike paths and 17 miles of beaches. Restaurants abound with over 250 choices for dining and you can shop until you drop at over 240 shops and boutiques.
