On the surface it was clean, but when we moved a couple of pieces of furniture, we had to sweep. The upstairs bathroom sink was severely clogged. After a few days of plunging it, I got it cleaned out. Could use a little more cabinet space for food. We do plan to stay here again, if is available when I have enough available for a deposit
