Luxury three bedroom updated townhome in Treetops with three community pools, free tennis courts and easy beach access just an easy 15 minute walk. Enjoy the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza, an easy bike ride or ten minute walk. The condo has a full size kitchen with all the glasses, dishes and pots to prepare meals for everyone. Master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite full bath. First guest room has two queens beds with another full size bathroom with tub and shower you share with the second guest room. Second guest room has two twins. There is a half bath near the kitchen. You have outdoor decks on each floor and an elevator to take you to the condo. Treetops is close to everything, beach, golf, tennis, restaurants and shops. There are three community pools in Treetops community.
Pets are allowed, only one pet, under 50 pounds, pet fee is $150.
Forest Beach area on Hilton Head has miles of bike paths, Coligny shops, casual and upscale restaurants and a Town of Hilton Head park with a giant pirate ship playground. You can enjoy walking on the beach, have a drink at several oceanfront bars nearby or just relax on the sand and listen to the Atlantic ocean. Watch the dolphins play, the pelicans fly or see the sunrise each morning. One of the most spectacular events is to watch the full moon rise up out of the ocean. You can fish from the shore too.
Hilton Head Island offers over 30 championship golf courses, 250 restaurants, 200 shops, 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 117 miles of bike paths and 17 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches. You can go deep sea fishing, para sailing, golfing, dining, shopping, sight seeing or just relax on the beach and enjoy the sounds of the waves. Hilton Head Island offers something for every person in the condo. There is night life too with some restaurants and bars having live entertainment too. You can listen to disco or country at the Poseidon Roof Top bar or relax at the Barmuda Triangle with Reilleys live music.
