Oceanview 2 BR 2 BA Totally Remodeled in Spring 2024. Great open, fully-stocked kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances. Professionally decorated, new furniture, new floors, smart TVs, updated bathrooms, king size bed in primary suite, guest room has a bunk bed with two double and twin trundle underneath. Living room has a fold out couch for occupancy of nine people. Very nice ocean view from balcony and primary suite, covered balcony with new raised adirondack chairs to enjoy the view.

Condo was in great condition. I do feel check-in could be handled thru email or text since it is a keyless entry instead of going to the office to pick up the code.

We loved the condo, it was lovely and everything was clean. There are good restaurants in the vicinity and the beach is so close. The condo had everything we needed, so we were able to eat in as well. We will definitely stay here again soon!

Overall a great experience. Unit and grounds were all pristine. One recommendation I would provide is to avoid having to stop by your office for check-in. Not that big of a deal since it\'s fairly convenient to property, but with no physical keys, I would have rather just had that information sent to me electronically. Thank you!

3B is a great unitâ¤ï¸ Very clean and comfy! Also really like Beachwood Place because it\'s small and feels much cozier than the huge complexes. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!!! Thank you!!

Nice condo. There was a little hiccup in the beginning with it not having been cleaned from the previous renter, but Robert Young was extremely accommodating (it was a Sunday afternoon), jumped right on the situation and got it taken care of in a timely manner. He was very communicative and it was greatly appreciated! Would highly recommend!

3B Beachwood was the perfect place for our family Spring Break getaway! The condo was in the perfect location....oceanside and close to shops and restaurants. Even though it was steps away from Coligny beach, it was a quiet and family friendly location. The condo had all the basic necessities to make our stay comfortable. We appreciated the bunk beds for the kids room and on site laundry (although coin laundry was available for those larger loads too). Some items available but not listed in the description include a beach wagon with 1 beach chair and umbrella, some sand toys, Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee makers. The check in process was smooth. The condo complex is well secured with key pad entry at the front gate and beach gate, as well as our condo unit (nice not to have to deal with keys!). We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back to Beachwood in the future.
