Spectacular Ocean and Pool Views from the 4th floor condo at Villamare!! Three pools! Great views overlooking the pool and the Atlantic ocean from the kitchen, living room, master and guest bedrooms. New oceanfront pools updated in 2024 and indoor heated pool and fitness center. The two bedroom condo includes a fully stocked kitchen, large living room, two outdoor decks and an elevator to get you to the 4th floor. There is under building parking for warm and rainy days. Free fitness center too. 2 Car passes included.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, writing desk, with en suite full master bath. The master bath has tile floors, granite counters with double sink vanity and a tile shower. The guest room has two queen beds, chair that folds out to single bed, desk and full bath attached. Bath has granite counter with sink and bath/tub shower combination. Both bedrooms have sliding doors to take you to the decks with beautiful ocean views.
Complete with Smart TVs, free internet if you must work remotely or want to play video games online. There are tile floors thru out and blackout curtains in all rooms. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops are in the well-stocked kitchen. Condo sleeps seven people.
Redesigned in 2024, amenities provided by the Villamare complex include 2 oceanfront pools (one serenity pool for adults, and one family pool), 2 outdoor hot tubs, ADA compliant beach access, gas grills with outdoor oceanfront dining area, and a fire pit for evening enjoyment. In the Villamare health club, you will find an indoor pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, and well -equipped exercise room.
Walk to many Palmetto Dunes Resort activities; General Store, bike and kayak rental, tennis and pickleball center, three golf courses, Alexander’s restaurant, the Dunes House, Big Jim’s, and the Hilton and Omni restaurants and pool bar. Shelter Cove with its many restaurants and marina activities, and the Shelter Cove Park and shopping center are just one mile away. Palmetto Dunes Buggy shuttle service is provided seasonally.
