Spectacular Updated Luxury one bedroom condo just across the street from the Beach and right near Coligny shops and restaurants. Condo has been updated with new kitchen, new baths, new flooring, new furniture and new paint. This is one of the nicest one bedroom condos on the island. Very nice kitchen updated with new cabinets, new stainless steel appliance and granite counters. The living room has a comfortable sofa that can be turned into a futon to sleep four. Living room has a very nice size smart TV. Free wifi included. Master bedroom has a king size bed with full bath including updated sink with granite counters and walk in shower. Community pool and free tennis included. Covered parking is available too with an elevator to take you up to the condo.
Forest Beach villas is in one of the best locations to enjoy the beach, shopping, restaurants and local bars. You can walk to 60 shops and restaurants at Coligny where can enjoy frozen drinks, great pizza and wings at Frosty Frog Cafe. You can enjoy New York City pizza or the best breakfast in town at Plantation Deli. Sage room is the best steakhouse on the island just a short walk away. Enjoy miles of sandy beaches and the Forest Beach park with waterfalls for the kids. You can enjoy the Town of Hilton Head Island park with giant pirate ship playground or the big grassy field to have a picnic.
