Luxury golf view condo with gorgeous updated kitchen that has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Wonderful golf views of Palmetto Dunes golf course from the large deck, living room and kitchen. Living room is just off the kitchen with large TV and very nice living room furniture. Downstairs living area has beautiful hardwood floors. Master bedroom has king size bed with updated en suite full bathroom and walk in tile shower. Guest bedroom is upstairs with king size bed and full en suite bath with walk in shower also. There is another sitting area upstairs with a sleeper sofa so the condo sleeps six comfortably. Turnberry Villas has a community swimming pool.
Palmetto Dunes has wonderful golf courses, bike paths, tennis courts and oceanfront restaurants too. There are three championship golf courses in Palmetto Dunes with a famous oceanfront hole too. Plenty of tennis and pickle ball courts to enjoy. You can kayak on 11 mile lagoon, fish on the ocean or charter a boat in the Shelter Cove harbor just across from Palmetto Dunes Resort. Palmetto Dunes offers restaurants in the Marriott Oceanfront Resort, Omni and an oceanfront restaurant at the Dunes House.
Hilton Head Island offers over 30 golf courses, 400 tennis courts, 200 restaurants, 250 shops, 118 miles of bike paths and over 17 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches. We loved our stay here! The condo was very clean, bright and airy. We loved the quietness as we sat on the back deck overlooking the golf course. We rode bikes every morning and enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. We have been coming to Palmetto Dunes for over 25 years and would definitely return to this unit. The cordless vacuum wasn’t working, but other then that it was PERFECT! We would definitely rent here again!

This property was as advertised. It was clean and comfortable and conveniently located near the community pool. The gated community was quiet and safe. We did not experience any problems or issues with check-in or the property itself. We would definitely rent again.
