We offer our guests a completely remodeled luxury villa with a modern floor plan featuring a Gourmet Kitchen, Living Area with new furniture and a 65 inch 4K Smart TV, free wifi, dining for six guests, and a King Master Suite and Guest Suite, both with gorgeous new bathrooms and Smart TVs! There is keyless entry, so no more losing or trying to keep track of keys!
The state-of-the-art Kitchen has gorgeous Gaya quartzite countertops; cabinetry with glass door accents and other customized features; fireclay farmhouse sink; Le Creuset and All-Clad cookware; island with countertop and seating for two; and luxury appliances including a 36 inch paneled refrigerator with ice maker; oven and microwave combination, beverage cooler, paneled dishwasher, and front load washer and dryer.
The Living Area has new furniture, and the new 65-inch Smart TV to watch all the streaming channels. It opens onto a balcony which has new bar-height furniture carefully chosen to enhance the enjoyment of the courtyard, ocean and sunset views. The Dining Area seats six.
The Master Suite also opens onto this balcony. It has a King bed, 43 inch smart TV, luxury bathroom with large shower, Gaya quartzite countertop, and large closet.
The Guest Suite has two queen beds, a 43 inch Smart TV and a sitting area. Its bathroom also has a Gaya quartzite countertop, a tub, and a shower. This bedroom has its own balcony, again with stunning views and premium "tete-a-tete" bar height furniture to enjoy the views.
Named for the sunlight which streams into our villa all day long, and also for the sunset views off our balconies, Palmetto-Light-By-The-Sea has furniture and decor inspired by its ocean setting and its close proximity to world-class golf and tennis. Palmetto-Light-By-The-Sea is steps away from the beach, one of the loveliest on Hilton Head Island. Of course, our guests will enjoy all of the fabulous Villamare amenities, including a heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, toddler pool, grilling area, oceanfront lounging deck, fitness center, indoor pool, dry sauna, and meticulously landscaped courtyards, lagoons, and fountains. Brand new pool area also with more deck space for the family to enjoy
In addition, you can play on the world class tennis courts and pickle ball play time at the nationally renowned Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, only 5 minute walk away. NOTE: Pickle Ball is great fun and is extremely popular and one of the fastest growing sports in the US!
PALMETTO DUNES
Villamare is centrally located in the Palmetto Dunes plantation, so it is a short walk not only to the Tennis Center, but also to the beloved "General Store"; and Hilton Head Outfitters for renting bikes, kayaks, and canoes. The world-class Robert Trent Jones, George Fazio, and Arthur Hills Golf Courses are no more than five minutes away by car.
Palmetto Dunes is located in the middle of Hilton Head Island, which makes it very convenient to all of the island's attractions and shopping, including world-famous Harbortown at Sea Pines, Coligny Plaza, and the new Shelter Cove Towne Center, with beautiful new waterfront park on Broad Creek.
Hilton Head Island offers over 30 golf courses, 400 tennis and pickleball courts, 117 miles of bike paths, 250 shops and over 200 restaurants. You can deep sea fish, para sail, jet ski, bike ride, or just relax on the beautiful beaches of South Carolina.

Overall, a really nice condo in a beautiful location. The view from the condo is amazing, we loved the two patios. The kitchen was well equipped with all the supplies we needed to cook (including a crockpot). The beds were comfortable and we loved the two chairs by the windows in the living room with a direct view to the ocean. The property is great with a very nice pool, easy access to the beach and lots of food & fun within walking distance. A few cons that we feel if fixed would have made this a 5 star experience. 1, fix the freezer door, it was really hard to open. 2, better/ new set of beach chairs (one was completely broken) and would be nice for there to be more than 2. 3, provide more seasoning essentials in pantry (more than just salt and pepper) 4, the bath towels were worn down and scratchy

The Villamare does not disappoint. The condo was terrific and clean. The view was beautiful. This was our second stay at the Villamare, and this condo was exceptional. Wonderful location and updates to the room. We have stayed in Palmetto Dunes 4 years in a row and my family absolutely loves it!!!!! Thank you for a great vacation.

Excellent and easy communication. Condo as described. A few minor maintenance issues which we left in a VM with the office (didn\'t effect our stay) upon our departure. Great location to beach, bike rentals. We love Palmetto Dunes and this was our first time in Villamare...we will be back.
