Spectacular updated luxury vacation condo in Shipyard with three bedrooms and three full baths. Wonderfully furnished with comfortable high end furniture. Living room has leather couch with large flat screen smart TV. Open kitchen comes fully stocked to prepare those family meals on a very large granite counter. Stainless steel appliances with full size washer and dryer complete the kitchen area. Master bedroom downstairs has king size bed with full en suite master bath, including glass walk in shower and tile from floor to ceiling. Guest room upstairs has king bed with en suite bath and glass shower. Third bedroom has queen bed and updated vanity and shower. Every bedroom has a walk out balcony or deck. Walk out of the living room to the large patio and you are only steps to the swimming pool. Free beach access in Shipyard and miles of bike paths in the community. There are only two parking passes allowed for the condo at 19 Sailmaster.
Shipyard has 27 holes of championship golf, Van Der Meer tennis and pickle ball courts, beach access and miles of shaded bike paths. Enjoy dinner at the Sonesta hotel or get a drink at the 19th hole at the Shipyard Golf course. Shipyard gives you access to 278 and to Pope Avenue. Shipyard is located right in the middle of many of the restaurants, shops, grocery stores and golf courses on Hilton Head Island.
Hilton Head Island has over 30 golf courses, 250 shops, 200 restaurants, 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 117 miles of bike paths and over 17 miles of beautiful sandy beaches. Go deep sea fishing, jet skiing, golfing, sight seeing, dolphin watching or just have a relaxing day at the beach or pool. The condo was just as described. We loved the location…the pool is just outside the back door, and the location is convenient to many of our favorite restaurants on HHI.

Great place - good location and condition. Easy check-in and out, and responsive to one minor maintenance issue. Close to pool and a great place to ride bikes, walk or run. Close to lots of great things to do!

We had a wonderful stay here! It’s a great 3 bed & 3 bath unit with spacious outdoor areas and the pool in the backyard! The unit is mostly updated and decorated really cute! We would definitely recommend it and stay there again!
