Wonderful luxury 3 bedroom condo with brand new kitchen and all new stainless steel appliances. The benefit to the Beachwalk three bedroom condos is the living room and family room combination giving you a wonderful space to spread out with the family after a fun day at the beach. The full kitchen provides ample space and facilities to cook breakfast lunch and dinner. You can grill out or cook on the upscale appliances. The master bedroom has gorgeous en suite full bath with glass shower and tile floors. Second guest room is almost a junior master bedroom with king size bed and full bath. Third bedroom has two twin beds and access to full bath right across the hallway. Living room, family room, community pool and short walk to the beach down a shaded path. Wonderful family vacation spot.
Beachwalk villas are located in Shipyard Resort with community pool and very close to Van Der Meer world class tennis facilities. You can walk to the Sonesta Resort where they have several restaurants and a bar. Shipyard has wonderful beach access only a short walk away. Shipyard has 27 holes of golf to enjoy and miles of bike paths under shaded live oaks and towering pine trees. Restaurants, beach, golf and tennis, Shipyard has all the amenities at your finger tips.
Just outside of Shipyard is the rest of Hilton Head Island. Over 60 Coligny shops and restaurants are a short ride away with casual dining and shopping for everyone. Everything was just as we expected with a very easy and convenient walk to the ocean. The people we dealt with - including Robert Young were very kind and accomodating

This is our second stay at 181 Beachwalk. We were able to check in early which was a HUGE bonus. The location is absolutely perfect. A nice little shaded walk to the beach but also a parking pass if necessary. If the beach got too hot then the pool was never too crowded to enjoy with the family. Shipyard is well patrolled by security and the gate officers were thorough. Never had any safety concerns. Say plenty of wildlife including deer and alligators. Need to keep your eyes open for them. Overall the condo was great. We all slept quite well in our beds. The showers are all great within remodeled bathrooms. It was very hot and humid and the AC kept up well. There were a few very minor issues with the condo which did not impact our stay. More maintenance issues that anything. It really is a great location especially for families with kids. Shipyard and beach nearby were busy but not terribly crowded. Overall a great time.

We love renting this property. It is fully loaded, comfortable, clean and an amazing location to ride our bikes to the beach daily.
