Luxury Singleton Beach 6 Bedroom home with private heated pool and easy beach access. The Atlantic Ocean is just a ten minute walk or three minute bike ride. Master bedroom has a gorgeous four post bed with a day bed in the room and en suite master bath with walk in tile shower. Second master suite has king size bed with tub and walk in shower. Third bedroom has another king size bed with en suite full bath. Fourth bedroom has a queen size bed with en suite bath. Fifth bedroom has a queen size bed with another en suite bath. Sixth bedroom has four sets of bunk beds, eight twins and another day bed with en suite bath. Every bedroom has its own private bath. Yes, three king beds two queens and eight twins, home sleeps 16 comfortably. Private pool below, with pool bath and covered veranda add another level of comfort and convenience to your vacation.
The oversize gourmet kitchen with granite countertops is the center piece of the home and overlooks the gorgeous living room with large screen TV. Upscale furniture adorns the home at every turn. Walk out to the veranda and have a nice cup of coffee or cocktail. Living room has plenty of room to watch your favorite shows. The very large dining room table seats twelve, while the breakfast table seats another four people and there are three bar stools, so plenty of room for everyone to sit and enjoy their favorite foods. You can heat the pool for $100 per day or $600 per week. There is parking for four cars, two car garage and parking for two more in the driveway. There is a roof top seating area to watch sunsets and moon rising over the ocean.
Singleton Beach has beautiful sandy beaches just minutes from the home. There is a free beach shuttle that runs every day in the summer to take you back and forth to the beach. Singleton Beach area is just minutes to the Shelter Cove Plaza with a very large Kroger, Starbucks, Poseidon Seafood and Bar, Way Back Burgers and many more restaurants. Shelter Cove Plaza also has numerous shops to enjoy, two Belk Stores, Lux Spa, Island Trading, Copper Penny and over 35 shops to enjoy. There are miles of beaches to ride bikes and get a great tan. Northridge movie theatre is just minutes away for the few rainy days. Chaplain Park has free tennis, basketball and a huge park to enjoy just a minute away.
Hilton Head Island offers over 30 championship golf courses, 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 117 miles of bike paths, over 250 shops, 200 restaurants and 17 miles of wonderful white sandy beaches.
