Great Penthouse 2 BR near the beach in Xanadu with community pool and free tennis court. Great location near shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the beach just across Forest Beach drive. Coligny shops and restaurants just minutes away. Living room has large flat screen to watch your favorite shows. Kitchen is fully stocked with glasses and dishes. Sheets and towels provided, but no beach towels. Queen size bed in the master bedroom with full bath. Queen size bed in the guest room. Living room has sleeper sofa so you can bring some extra guests. Top floor location with elevator and plenty of parking at Xanadu. Two car passes are included.
Forest Beach offers miles of bike paths, lots of nice restaurants such as New York City pizza, Plantation Deli for a great breakfast or Frosty Frog for sports and great food. There are some very nice fine dining options in Forest Beach too. Sea Pines Resort is close so go to Harbourtown, Salty Dog Cafe and Quarterdeck to see great views.
Hilton Head has over 117 miles of bike paths, 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 200 shops and over 250 restaurants, 30 championship golf courses and 17 miles of beautiful beaches.
