Wonderful luxury two bedroom and 2.5 baths condo with great golf views in Shipyard near the pool and walking to the beach. The condo has a full kitchen and half bath downstairs. There are two bedrooms with two full baths upstairs. The master bedroom with king bed and guest room with queen bed. Living room has a fold out couch to provide sleeping for six people. The kitchen is a full size kitchen with all the appliances of home including washer and dryer. Half bath downstairs for guests too. Granite countertops and nice appliances adorn the kitchen. Kitchen is open to living room and can see all the way out to the golf course. Updated bathrooms bring luxury and convenience to the Shipyard Golf Condo at 144 The Greens.
Shipyard has 27 holes of golf and miles of bike paths to enjoy Van Der Meer Tennis facilities is world class and a short walk. The Shipyard Beach House is also about a 10 minute walk while the community pool is about 1 minute away. The Sonesta Hotel is within walking distance and there are several restaurants and a bar located in the luxury four star hotel. Shipyard has a great location on Hilton Head with easy driving to shops and restaurants at Coligny. Sea Pines and Harbourtown are only a few minutes away by car.
Hilton Head Island offers 30 golf courses, 200 shops, 250 restaurants 117 miles of bike paths, 17 miles of beautiful beaches with all the activities you could dream of. You can go lay on the beach and relax or bike for miles or golf championship golf courses where Legends have played or dine overlooking the ocean or harbor then relax in a very nice condo. The next day get up and go jet skiing or deep sea fishing or para sailing then come back and relax by the pool. What a wonderful family vacation spot to enjoy after working hard all year.

Enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything in good working order. Had more kitchen supplies than where we usually stay in Shipyard. Beach towels were a plus as well! Fresh flowers were a lovely touch. Would gladly recommend.

144 The Greens was a fantastic place to stay for our family of four. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk, and also convenient was the ability to stand at the entrance to The Greens and flag down the beach shuttle if it was too hot to walk. The unit itself was presentable and clean. We loved the island in the kitchen and the fact that it had a slightly different layout than most of The Greens units we have stayed in previously. The one recommendation I would have is to replace both the washer and dryer. They both work, which really is all that matters,
