New Pool IS HERE NOW!!!! Gorgeous pool, new patio furniture coming and new aerial pictures coming.. Totally renovated and updated luxury vacation home only four houses to the beach. 125 North Sea Pines Drive has a spectacular golf and huge lagoon views. One of the nicest locations and views on the island. Home has all new tile floors with wood grain, new kitchen, updated baths and wonderful new furniture. Flat screen TVs thru out the home. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans to prepare those gourmet meals for the family. The large outdoor living space is a nice retreat after a long day at the beach or playing golf. The entire home is on one floor. Master bedroom has a great view too with en suite full master bath and king bed. Gorgeous soaking tub with high vanities and nice glass shower with inlaid tile. The first guest bedroom has en suite bath and queen size bed. The two other guest bedrooms have queen beds and full baths. Living room has a sleeper sofa so the home comfortably sleeps ten people. Parking is four cars only. Pool can be heated for $200 per week, we must know in advance if you want to heat the pool.
Sea Pines Resort offers three championship, miles of shade bike paths and beautiful beaches only a short walk away. There are oceanfront restaurants at the Sea Pines Beach Club, world famous Harbourtown restaurants and shops or go to South Beach Marina Village and enjoy the Salty Dog Restaurant. Make sure to get your t-shirt from Salty Dog! You can enjoy deep sea fishing, kayaking and para sailing from Harbourtown Marina or South Beach Marina. You can fish from the shores and catch some local seafood, then grill it out on the deck overlooking the lagoon and golf course.

There are over 30 golf courses, 220 restaurants, 250 shops, 118 miles of bike paths and 17 miles of beautiful beaches all within 20 to 30 minutes of the home. You can enjoy your day golfing, deep sea fishing, jet skiing or relax at the beach or the new pool being built now at 125 N Sea Pines Drive. First off, I would like to say thank you to Robert for his assistance in making everything go so smoothly from arrival to departure. He was available any time we had a question. The rental was everything we had hoped for and more. The location was perfect, from the ease of getting to the beach and accessing the bike paths, to the view of the 17th hole on Atlantic Dunes. Thank you for everything. We had a great week and look forward to future vacations on the island through your company.
