Luxury two bedroom townhome at Springwood. One of the nicest updated condos on Hilton Head Island. The condo has been updated and remodeled in every way. Gourmet kitchen with new cabinets, new countertops, new stainless steel appliances and furnished with glasses, dishes, pots and pans. You can create gourmet meals or a relaxing breakfast. Dining area has a wonderful wood table with six chairs. Living room has a comfortable chair and sleeper sofa. There is a half bath off the living room too. The master suite has a queen size bed and en suite master bath with tile shower and tub combo. The guest room has a queen size bed with pull out twin bed underneath, great room for the kids. There is also a full bath with tile tub and shower for the guest room. TVs are in every room so you can enjoy movies and sports. There is a very nice community pool just steps away.
Springwood is located in the Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island. Just a short ten minute walk to the beach or a two minute bike ride. You can walk to over 60 shops and restaurants in Forest Beach, New York City pizza, Sage Room, Frosty Frog Cafe or enjoy the oceanfront Tiki Hut at the Holiday Inn Beach House. There are miles of bike paths and you can bike on the sandy beaches too. There is Van Der Meer Tennis facility just a minute away with tennis and pickle ball courts.
Hilton Head Island offers over 30 championship golf courses, 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 117 miles of bike paths, over 250 shops, 200 restaurants and 17 miles of wonderful white sandy beaches. You can also go deep sea fishing, golfing, biking, para sailing, jet skiing, or dine at some wonderful seafood and steak restaurants.
