Spectacular Brand New Luxury Home in Sea Pines only four rows to the ocean. Luxury Five bedrooms and Five and a half baths with private pool, hot tub, large living room and den. Plenty of room for everyone to relax. Gourmet kitchen fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare gourmet dinners or snacks for the family. Master Bedroom with king size bed and en suite master bath is on the main floor with walk in shower and tub. Two large guest suites with en suite baths are also downstairs. Each guest bedroom down has king size bed. There are two guest bedrooms upstairs with bunk beds and queen beds in each room. The Media room downstairs has plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy movies or sports or play your favorite games on XBOX. The large flat screen TV on the covered patio means you can sit outside watch the kids in the pool and enjoy your favorite game or movie on the big screen. Pool can be heated in spring and fall for $850 per week, weather permitting.

This home had the best location! A quick walk to the beach, which was very private and clean! We almost had the beach to ourselves! The home has a fantastic floor plan with plenty of room for our family, which included 7 adults and an infant. The floors and bathrooms were very clean. The bedding is probably due to be replaced. Also, overall the home was clean but could use a deep cleaning for things like ceiling fans, light fixtures, baseboards and area rugs. Robert was excellent to communicate with and very accommodating!!! It stormed our first night there and a quick text to Robert and he sent someone to clean the pool the next morning. We did enjoy our stay and would probably rent again.

This was the most beautiful home with a gorgeous pool and very short walk to the beach. We took our entire family of 12 and still felt so spacious. Every detail was considered and the management company was super easy to deal with and extremely accomodating to our needs. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful beach house!
